Academic Qualification 
She possesses a MBA Degree from GGSIP University, M Phil degree in Management HR Vinayaka University. She has done her graduation in B.Sc Hons (CRME) from Lady Irwin College Delhi University. Her expertise is in the field of Human Resource Management, HRD, HRP, Performance appraisal, Industrial relation and labour laws. She has taught in a prestigious college and has also been visiting faculty to various educational institutes where she has been taking classes in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Human resource Planning and development, Compensation Management, Labour Laws.
Nancy Dhussa is also the member of Management bodies like AIMA, CII, and FICCI, and giving training and teaching in HR & General Management for 4.5yrs. 
 
Experience 
She has been actively involved in academics and research for the past 5 years. She has taught in a prestigious Colleges and Institutes for over 4.5 years, and has taken classes at the Times Business School, BLS Institute of management, Sikkim Manipal University Centers, Lady Irwin University, and GGSIP University Kashmere Gate (New Delhi). She has taken Classes of Organizational Behavior, Economics, Indian Economy, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Banking; Cross Cultural Management for the Regular Programmes and Distant Learning Programmes of Sikkim Manipal University, Times Business School, BLS institute, GGSIP University etc.
She had 3.5 yrs of Industrial Experience, worked as an Assistant under Surveyor & Loss assessor Oriental India Insurance Govt of India for 1 year.
Worked part time as HR Executive with Vivifies Enterprises for many branded companies (Ponds, Narulas, Colgate, Motorola, Mother Diary, Nestlé, Sony world, Cartoon network. etc) for 2 yrs.
She has also worked in the Project for CSE Center for Science and Environment as an Assistant Editor on the project of unsafe levels of pesticides in soft drinks approved by the CSE studies. The reports were published in many magazines, journals and News Papers and also published in the CSE magazine Named Down to Earth, New Delhi.
She is an active participant of International and National Conference, Seminar, Meetings etc till date she had attended more than 150 Conferences & Seminars.
She had attended the 12 Days Faculty Development Program (FDP) Sponsored by AICTE, at Gittaratan International Business School Rohini (New Delhi). 
 
Publications: She has Published 17 Research Articles and Research papers on HR & other Related Areas of management in International& National Journals, News letters, and Proceeding.
Presented the 10 Research Articles in the International & National Conferences in India.
She is as well working and doing research on the topics of HRD and HRP to publish a book, which is going to be publishing soon.

Awards

Awarded for the Best Faculty Contribution in BLS Institute of Management for 2 years, in the annual festival (Symphasis), as an organizer of the festival.
Awarded for arranging the National Seminar in HR at BLS Institute of Management in the yr 2006.
