She has been awarded a first class degree in Management from Banasthali Vidhyapith Rajasthan in year 2005 .Did her M.Phil from Vinayka Mission University in year 2008

Experience: 
She has the teaching and research experience of three years in the field of teaching. Where in she has taught different subjects of HR .Apart from this she has also been actively involved in the teaching of subjects like Entrepreneurship and personality development. Before moving to AIMS she has been working with ICFAI and Patna Women’s College at post graduate and under graduate level. Apart from teaching she has been actively involved in the brand building and operational work out exercise for the students. 
She has submitted her research paper on innovative practices of HR and on Training and development
