The 2 years PGPM programme is considered one of the best in the country. The students get selected in this course through a rigorous selection process after CAT, MAT, XAT and pass through the eyes of industry-experts. They choose their domain after proper counselling and reinventing themselves. They have been assisted by a team of qualified faculty of Marketing, Fiancé, HR, IB & IT, and Operation/Retail etc. The Campus has excellent library equipped with 30 thousand books, magazines & journals at their disposal.

This B-School is imparting orientation in soft-skills, personality development, English speaking, conversational skill and industry environment familiarisation. Senior managers from industry and banking sector interact with the student as a part of the curriculum. Students are exposed to Black belt certification level in Six Sigma for managerial efficiency and over-all development to face the challenges in their life.

We are to increase the recruiter base as per altered marketing scenario and environment changes as they occur. Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, Health Care, Pharma, Media, Manufacturing and Infrastructure sectors may enjoy a renewed attention. In the absence of hefty pay package, role preference is dominating the placement season attracting students in these core areas but on reduced salaries. The public sector is getting strong due to stability and revisal of pay package. We have to adopt staggered placements having a bigger base to ensure maximum placements in the coming time.

We are moving fast to reduce the gap between industry and academia to make the student employable, shaping their life to develop them into a responsible citizen of modern India.
