Our institute has always realised the need for effective interface with industry and business and has undertaken the task of strengthening the relation with them under the Centre for Corporate Relations (CCR) Department.

The centre maintains regular interaction with the corporate houses through Orientation Programme, Guest Lectures, industry visit, CEO forms, Corporate get-together, Alumni Interaction etc. CCR helps students by counselling them to choose an appropriate career depending on their aptitude and interest.

Summer Internship
After completing the first year of the programme students are required to undertake summer training project in industry for 6 - 8 weeks. This training helps students to have a first hand experience of working in real - life settings of industry.

Guest Lectures
The Institute tops up its teaching resource by inviting eminent seniorprofessionals and academicians to share their insights while interacting with thestudents in the Institute's industry academia interface progamme.

Orientation & Foundation Programme
The Centre invites senior Professionals from major Industry Sectors like IT & ITES, Service Industry, Banking/Finance, PR/Advertising/ Communications, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Bio- technology, Management Consulting etc to address the students to have exposure to emerging trends in as many sectors of the Industry and Business as possible, the contemporary developments therein and also the expectations of the industry and business from the future managers. The interaction provides the students opportunity to understand from these professionals the realities of the present and the emerging scenario in the world of Industry and Business. The process of interactions with Industry Professionals through Guest Lectures Continues throughout the Year.

Corporate Meets/Get-Togethers
Senior executive from varied corporate are invited wherein we get the opportunity to interact and get inputs for better development of our students.

Industry Visits
These provide opportunity for the students to get on the-ground feel about different industries and itsinsight.We have an affiliation from different industries like Coco-Cola, Maruti, Mother Dairy, Escorts,Whirlpool, Kajaria Ceramics, Surya Foods Ltd. (Priya Gold) etc.

Alumni Interface
A regular interaction is maintained with the alumni. Their positioning and progress in the industry is a motivating factor for the present students. Interaction with them also helps the existing students in learning from their experiences in the industry. AIMS alumni association has been formed to strengthen the networking between the institute, the alumni and the industry. Various activities are to be organised to facilitate the interaction.
