The intellectual capital of AIMS is a fine mix of distinguished core faculty with rich academic qualifications and extensive experience in industry and eminent visiting faculty with a judicious blend of academics, consultancy and senior executive experience coming from diverse backgrounds. Together, they provide a balanced set of inputs, innovative ideas, theoretical rigour, conceptual clarity and practical relevance in all of their class room teaching, assigned exercises, project work and other interactions with the students. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, faculty members undertake significant amount of consultancy assignments and research, thereby staying in close contact with the academic and industry world wide. |

Prof. V. Thyagarajan
Director
BE (Hons), M.Sc (Engg), MBA (FMS)
During his more than twenty five years of professional experience, Prof. Thyagarajan has worked in World Bank Projects and in the area of Strategic Planning and Computerisation of cement industry before taking up Director’s position in prestigious Management Institutions like ICFAI Business School, Rai Foundation, Amity Business School and Asia Pacific Institute of Management.
He has taught in Programmes of foreign universities of Australia, United States and United Kingdom. He has also conducted several national Management Development Programmes.
He has been a consultant to many public organizations in manufacturing and services sector. He is a member of National HRD network and on the committees of Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
His areas of specialization are Business Strategy, Operations Research and Information Systems. |

Ms. Divya Khullar
B.Sc. (Comp. Sc.), MCA, MBA-IT, M.Phil (Comp. Sc.)
She has in all 4 years of teaching experience including the postgraduate programs (MCA, MBA-IT) of IP University. Her areas of interest are Data structure, DBMS,VB, C++, E-commerce, Data warehousing and mining. Her research work is also in the field of data warehousing and mining and intends to continue the same in PhD program. She has also worked as visiting faculty in various Engineering colleges and has supervised various software projects during her teaching tenure. |

Ms Manpreet Kaur holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerece (Computer Applications )and a Masters in Computer Applications from Kurukshetra University .M.Phil (Computer Science) from CDLU,Sirsa.Ms.Kaur has also attended AICTE Short Term Course on INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN HEALTHCARE held in IIT ,Delhi.Ms.Kaur is a member of Computer Society of India |
