Academic Qualification: -Prof. Ramnarayanan is a graduated in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Post graduated in commerce from Loyola College , University of Madras, A Fellow of Institute of cost and works accountants of India , Post graduate Diploma in Finance and Master of Business Administration in Finance  from School of Management  IGNOU , Master of Philosophy in commerce from Annamali University .

Experience: - Prof. Ramnarayanan carries with him two decade experience from both Industry and Academics. Started his career as Management trainee with SRF Ltd and held different profile in senior Manager Position in different Industry.
As an academician he worked with different Management Institute affiliated with GGIPU, AICTE as Asst. Professor, and Associate Professor of Finance.
He is in the panel of Examiners of IGNOU for postgraduate program
He is a prolific writer of Finance in national Journals and Magazines. His recent publication is on “GST FOR INDIA- A Global comparative study “with Taxman publication.
His recent book publication is under progression on Advanced Cost Management.
